Returns

We offer a 7-day replacement policy from the date of delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a replacement within 7 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

To request a replacement, please contact us at deepuvo.official@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or videos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Requests without proper proof may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer

  • Minor color or design variations

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales


Return Shipping

If a replacement is approved, our support team will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement is not available.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer.
